Join a law professor's research team before you apply.
LAB is the LSAT Apprenticeship Bootcamp. Ten weeks of LSAT prep, law school admissions strategy, and real legal research with UC Irvine law faculty. Built for applicants who want more than a score.
The Problem
A score and a personal statement is the floor.
Every serious applicant prepares for the LSAT. Most hire someone for the essays. Almost none walk into law school knowing what legal research actually is.
Admissions committees read thousands of files that look the same. The applicant who has worked under a law professor reads differently.
LAB puts all three in one summer. Score. Strategy. Substance.
The Program
Four tracks. One summer. No gaps.
LSAT Prep
Structured instruction across Logical Reasoning and Reading Comprehension. Timed practice, diagnostics, and a test-day plan aimed at the late-summer and fall LSAT.
Admissions Strategy
School list, personal statement, résumé, and addenda. Built to be ready when applications open, not after.
Research Apprenticeship
Every student joins a UC Irvine law professor's research team. Real questions, real sources, real work product. Two weeks of it in person.
Evening 1L Preview
Evening sessions on how first year actually works. Case reading, cold calls, briefing, and the doctrines every 1L meets in the first month.
The 10 Weeks
Sequenced to the admissions cycle.
You finish the summer test-ready, with research on your résumé, before fall applications open.
